There are two different modes of communication that Voiceflow assistants support: chat and voice. Depending on which mode you select, you can either build an assistant for a specific channel (such as WhatsApp, Amazon Alexa etc) or design for a general chat or voice experience.
Once you have created an assistant, you can start creating the conversational flow.
After you have created an assistant, you can share, test, and deploy the assistant to production either through a channel integration or a customizable solution.
