Voiceflow uses a Token system to measure your usage of AI Assist features. Every word generated by AI Assist is roughly 1 token.
Tokens are totalled across each Voiceflow Workspace. While AI Assist is in Beta, each Voiceflow pricing plan has a set number of Tokens:
- Starter Plan: 20,000 Tokens
- Pro Plan: 100,000 Tokens
- Enterprise: 500,000 Tokens
These Token limits are subject to change on General Release as AI Assist is currently in Beta. If you require more Tokens than the above limits, please contact our team through booking a demo here.
